Tastify — Restaurant ERP & Sentiment Analysis

A full-stack restaurant ERP co-developed as an end-of-year academic project. Tastify centralizes menu management, tables, orders, kitchen operations, inventory, reservations, payments, loyalty programs, customer reviews and management dashboards across dedicated staff and customer applications.

The platform also includes an asynchronous multilingual sentiment analysis pipeline that processes customer reviews with Hugging Face models and a local fallback system, helping restaurant managers identify negative feedback and monitor customer satisfaction.
